The act of saving; preservation from destruction, danger or great calamity
The redemption of man from the bondage of sin and the grip of eternal death
Salvation gives us a Savior, the Son of God Himself, Jesus Christ. A Savior who loves us, a Savior that loved us so much that He became the Sacrifice and died for us. His blood shed for the remission of sin. - Matthew 26:28 "For this is My blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."
Redemption -- The purchase of God's favor by the death, suffering, and blood of Jesus Christ; the ransom of deliverance of sinners from the bondage of sin and the penalties of God's violated law by the attonement of Christ.
Admit that you are a sinner. -For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. | Romans 3:23 KJV
Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins. -For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. | John 3:16 KJV
Confess your sins to Christ and call upon the name of Jesus to save you. -For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. | Romans 10:13 KJV
